As a buyer, my services are of no charge to you because sellers pay for real estate fees. Not all Realtors are created equally, so it’s important to find someone who will work well with you.
I’d love to meet you, discuss your goals and talk about the possibilities of working together. I put your needs first and promise to do my best to help you find the perfect house for you by listening to your needs and preferences. I think outside the box to help find you that property by researching for sale by owners, homes that might not even be on the market, the internet, and of course the RMLS and WVMLS.
Once we find your dream home, I help you navigate through the paperwork, the inspection, the appraisal and negotiating, while keeping open communication with the listing agent and lenders. I’ll also be there at closing to help with any last minute details and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
